1. Shipping Rates & Costs

Free shipping on all domestic orders over $50!

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders when you make a purchase over $50! For orders under $50 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $9.95.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Standard Ground Shipping (UPS): FREE for orders over $50, $9.95 flat fee on all orders $50 or less. Usually takes 3-5 business days from pick-up to delivery.

Fulfilment: Our goal is to have all orders processed and ready for pickup within 3-5 business days.

3. Address Correction

If you need an address correction please contact Customer Support.

4. Tracking

Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number. When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking info will be updated (please allow 24 hours). If you do not receive an email with tracking please contact Customer Support directly.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (UPS) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

6. Orders Sent Back to Us

Orders that have undeliverable address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back we will contact you for and address update. Once the order is reshipped out you will receive a new tracking number.
